Manus Bio, a leader in metabolic engineering and synthetic biology, announced today that it has been awarded a prestigious National Science Foundation grant under the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program. This Phase I award ($150,000) supports the development of an advanced fermentation process for low-cost, high performing natural sweeteners.
