Manus will debut a new lineup of summer-ready, sugar-free applications made with its all-Americas stevia Reb M – available through its strategic partnership with Tate & Lyle – at IFT FIRST 2025 in Chicago.
Visitors can sample four delicious applications: caramel soft serve, espresso soft serve, mixed berry lavender lemonade, and sugar-free dark chocolate. Through The Sweetener Alliance with Tate & Lyle, Manus’ stevia Reb M delivers an exceptional sugar-like taste with secure, scalable supply – produced at its large-scale BioFacility in Augusta, Georgia, and backed by an all-Americas supply chain.
In addition, Manus will spotlight its proprietary BioIngredients portfolio – including Valencene 80 and Nootkatone 70 – bioalternatives to traditional citrus oils that deliver consistent, high-quality flavor while helping brands reduce reliance on volatile agricultural supply chains.
“Better ingredients should not come at the cost of taste, supply, or sustainability,” says Gary Dempsey, Vice President, Global Sales. “With Made by Manus™, we are scaling that future today – so leading brands can do more with stable supply and less impact.”
Manus will be at Booth S1265 at IFT FIRST 2025. To schedule a meeting, please connect with Gary Dempsey. Frederik Bjoerndal, Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Marketing, and Sai Prakash Chaturvedula, Senior Vice President of Global Sweeteners – Application and Research, will also be on site throughout IFT.
